Do I need an account?
No. Everything stays on your phone.
How do I give each person their own tasks?
Unlock the extras, then go to Settings > Helpers > Assign tasks. Tap a person, then check their tasks. When you start a Quick clean, pick Use assignments so everyone sees their own list.
